1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TypingForKids (accessible via https://typingforkids.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the platform.

2. Classroom & Educational Grant of License

TypingForKids grants all K-12 educators, homeschool teachers, school districts, after-school academies, and parents a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Bookmark and deploy TypingForKids across computer labs, Chromebook carts, and student tablets.
• Distribute and print all keyboard worksheets and lesson plans for non-commercial educational instruction.
• Incorporate TypingForKids speed test benchmarks and practice modules into school curricula.

No institutional subscription, purchase order, or licensing fee is required.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users and educational institutions agree to use TypingForKids only for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the HTML5 browser game engines or score calculation logic.
• Deploy automated bots, scraping scripts, or distributed denial-of-service attempts against our static hosting infrastructure.
• Frame or resell any portion of TypingForKids inside a paid commercial software package without prior written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The original software code, visual game graphics, vector keyboard illustrations, sound design, and curriculum text found on TypingForKids are the intellectual property of TypingForKids and protected by copyright laws.

You may freely reference, link to, or assign our pages in public classroom portals (such as Google Classroom, Canvas, or Schoology).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TypingForKids is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and test our games across major modern browsers, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In no event shall TypingForKids or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
